How block paving is sealed
Sealants for block paving are solvent based. They are thinner than the ones used for concrete. They can be sprayed on for better coverage, but solvent-free options are also available. Safety precautions should be taken into consideration, especially on windy days, and we would recommend keeping children and pets away from the driveway area. We would apply a second coat of sealant after one to two hours, although it is best to wait 3–4 hours before using the block paving after the second coat of sealant has been applied.
